Shri Babaji was blessed by His Guru, Shri Guru Maharaj Shivabalayogi, through a manifested appearance, to sit for Tapas on 10 November 1994. Throughout Shri Babaji’s Tapas, His Guru kept appearing to guide Him to be steadfast in His Tapas. Finally on Kartik Purnima 1999, Shri Babaji emerged from His Tapas as a Yogi. Now Shri Babaji travels around India and various parts of the world to spread His Guru’s teachings.
Every Kartik Purnima grand celebrations are held at all the SBSRBY centres and at the main centre in Rawang this year, the Maha Agni Hotra prayers were conducted followed by pooja, bhajans and annathanam.
Devotees who celebrate this auspicious day are indeed so blessed as their Guru is a Living Yogi who walks this universe to bless, guide and inspire them in their sadhana to seek their True Self.
