The P.E.A.C.E. Module is a transformative program towards self-mastery. This Program was developed from the messages and teachings of Swamiji and Babaji. The program is designed for the current generation to lead and empower themselves towards collective excellence. The program provides systematic transformative tools and techniques that help one to change and reengineer oneself towards successful life endeavours. P.E.A.C.E. is a transformative formula that has proven encouraging results in shaping one’s life and guiding towards sustainable leadership success.
We had recently completed this Program for the 5th batch of students from MySkills Foundation, whose ages ranged from 12 – 17 years. The program was conducted over a period of 6 months from December 2016 to May 2017, where a total of 50 students received a Certificate of Completion of the P.E.A.C.E. Program. The key objective of the program was to help the students discover themselves and lead a peaceful, happy life.
The P.E.A.C.E. program started with a 2 day P.E.A.C.E. Camp. During this 2 day Camp, the coaches got to know the students better by understanding the struggles and challenges faced by the students. Various games and activities were also carried out where the students learnt to work in a team, have consideration for others and also discover their hidden talents. The more serious aspect of the Camp was the introduction to discovering the path to happiness in life. One of the main realisations for the students during this Camp was the difference between “Doing things rightly” and “Doing the right things rightly”.
Subsequent to the P.E.A.C.E. Camp, 4 monthly sessions were conducted with the students. At each of these sessions, the teachings from the P.E.A.C.E. Module were shared with the students through talks, group discovery discussions, motivational videos, games and simple group activities. Sharing sessions were also held where students related the changes that they discovered in their lives.
At the end of the program, a Certificate of Completion Ceremony was held where the students received their certificates from their coaches. The Certificates bore the signature of His Holiness Shri Shivarudra Balayogi Maharaj.
And the journey towards self-discovery continues…
